Internet Functions Remain Free of Charge!

Dear Pure Customers,

Until now, our Internet radios have used the Nuvola service from Frontier Smart for Internet radio, podcasts, and the favourites portal. However, Nuvola/Frontier will discontinue this service at the end of the year.

Rest assured, nothing will change for you:

Starting in November, Airable GmbH will seamlessly take over these services for all affected Pure Internet radios. The transition will happen automatically in the background, so you can continue to enjoy Internet radio, podcasts, and the favourites portal* on your Pure device, free of charge.

*Just for those of you who have set up and used a personalised favourites portal with Nuvola/Frontier, you’ll need to manually transfer your settings to Airable. This can be done easily in just a few steps. For instructions, please see our FAQ:
